GRIT AUCTIONS – AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT TERMS Credit Cards: Accepted only for invoices under $2,000. Invoices $2,000 and above must be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer. (No personal checks accepted.) Wire transfer instructions will be emailed once invoices are generated. If you are tax exempt, you must submit your exemption forms to jp@gritauctions.com before paying. Please confirm your invoice reflects the exemption prior to pickup. A Buyer’s Premium of 18% will be added to all purchases. Please factor this into your bidding. CONTACT INFORMATION For questions about bidding or auction details, please call or text Grit Auctions at (719) 755-2839 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM). Messages received after hours will be returned the next business day. INSPECTION & PREVIEW Please use the designated inspection times to preview and evaluate all items prior to bidding. All item descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge, but it is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and verify the condition before bidding. An incorrect description is not a valid reason for a refund or discount; if you have specific questions, please ask. PICKUP & REMOVAL All items must be removed during the Scheduled Removal Times. If you cannot make it during the designated pickup period, please do not bid. Buyers are responsible for removing items without causing damage to the property or surrounding area. Abandoned Items: Any items not picked up within during the scheduled removal times will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the discretion of Grit Auctions without refund or compensation to the buyer. LOADING ASSISTANCE Loading assistance will not provided on site. There will be a forklift available for large items to help during your scheduled pickup time. However, you will be responsible for moving and loading all other items; staff will not be available to load at this auction. GENERAL TERMS All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.” No warranties, guarantees, or returns of any kind. Bidding is a binding intent to purchase. Do not bid unless you intend to complete the transaction. Failure to complete payment and pick-up during the scheduled removal times will result in suspension from the auciton platform. If the Service Fee or any outstanding balance remains unpaid, GRIT Auctions may engage a third-party collection agency, and the delinquency may be reported to credit bureaus. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees, costs, or charges associated with the collection of the outstanding balance. Please read all item descriptions carefully and ask questions before bidding. FINAL REMINDER Use the preview times, verify your payment method, and plan your pickup schedule before you bid. Your cooperation helps ensure a smooth and efficient auction for everyone.
