If you cannot make it during the designated pickup period, please do not bid. Buyers are responsible for removing items without causing damage to the property or surrounding area. You will be responsible for moving and loading all other items; staff will not be available to load at this auction, and there will not be heavy equipment to load. Make sure you plan accordingly. GENERAL TERMS All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.” No warranties, guarantees, or returns of any kind. Bidding is a binding intent to purchase. Do not bid unless you intend to complete the transaction. Failure to complete payment and pick-up during the scheduled removal times will result in suspension from the auction platform. If the Service Fee or any outstanding balance remains unpaid, GRIT Auctions may engage a third-party collection agency, and the delinquency may be reported to credit bureaus. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees, costs, or charges associated with the collection of the outstanding balance. Please read all item descriptions carefully and ask questions before bidding. FINAL REMINDER Use the preview times, verify your payment method, and plan your pickup schedule before you bid.
